Orlagh Neary is Chief Marketing Officer at Photonic, responsible for global marketing, communications, thought leadership, brand, and market development. Orlagh brings over two decades of experience building and scaling markets for transformative technologies, from cloud computing and AI to quantum computing. Prior to Photonic, Orlagh spent over 20 years at Microsoft, most recently serving as General Manager of Microsoft Quantum and AI Ecosystem Engagement. An active board advisor, Orlagh is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership and is recognized for building communities that foster wellness, professional growth, and innovation. She holds a B.A. in Applied Languages from Dublin City University and a professional certificate in quantum computing from MIT.
