The system, encompassing WorkSource, focuses on meeting employer needs for a skilled workforce while providing opportunities for Snohomish County residents to access high-quality jobs through training and employment services. Workforce Snohomish is committed to the local workforce board’s vision of system transformation through broad coordination of stakeholders, innovation, and measurable results.
