Paul Aaron is Co-Founder and CEO of Addition, the Applied AI studio inside R/GA, and he leads Applied AI across the company. R/GA is a global design and technology company that The Webby Awards named to The Webby 30, its list of the most iconic companies in internet history.
 

Paul has spent 20 years working at the intersection of creativity and technology. Along the way he has worked with Ad Age's two most recent Agencies of the Decade, with brands like Google, and with celebrities like Taylor Swift and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

In 2021, Paul co-founded Addition, the industry's first Applied AI studio for brands. There he created first-of-their-kind AI solutions for many of the world's leading brands. R/GA acquired Addition in 2025.

Beyond leveraging AI in his own creative process, Paul partners with teams at leading brands to build workflows, tools, and agents that accelerate the creative process and help those teams reach more ambitious outcomes.
