Randa Minkarah is an entrepreneur and executive who has been building with AI since 2018. She co-founded Resonance AI, a cloud based platform that analyzed video content alongside audience data to predict what actually engages viewers — work that brought in HBO, NBCU, ABC, and the Weather Channel as customers, earned a place in NVIDIA's Inception Program, and was named a top three AI platform at TechCrunch Disrupt.
Today she serves as Consortium Chief Operating Executive for WTIA and for Portalus, WTIA's corporation delivering healthcare and retirement benefits to members across Washington and nationally. She chairs WTIA's Association Health Plan board and the Portalus board.
Randa also advises AI-focused startups, invests in emerging technology and healthcare companies, and serves on the board of Delta Dental of Washington. She lives in the greater Seattle area with her two German Shepherd rescues.
