Paul Bingham is the senior vice president and executive dean at Western Governors University’s School of Technology, where he leads faculty serving 12 undergraduate and five graduate degree programs with a combined enrollment of more than 54,000 students. Prior to WGU, Paul spent 24 years as an FBI agent, leading and managing domestic and international cybersecurity investigations and FBI SWAT teams on over 100 high-risk tactical missions. Paul holds several professional certifications, including CISSP and CPA. Combining in-depth knowledge with a wry sense of humor, Paul is an accomplished educator at conferences and events throughout the United States and abroad.
