Speakers are being announced on a rolling basis. This year's opening reception focuses on policymakers, government leaders, and the people shaping the rules and economic strategy around AI in the Pacific Northwest.

A tech veteran and national political strategist, Donnie has spent the last 25 years in Silicon Valley connecting innovators and policymakers from around the world. He has been part of business development and policy teams, has founded and led for-profit and non-profit startups, and flourishes as an interpreter between techies and politicos whose distinct cultures often seem foreign to one other (even when they agree on the same goals!). Donnie has spent even longer as a national political organizer. He's campaigned on the ground in 17 states and for 8 presidential candidates, recording an undefeated 3-0 record leading presidential battlegrounds. He has lived in San Francisco since 2001, even longer than he managed to reside in his home state of South Carolina.
