Unfortunately no, all events are hosted on Luma and must be registered for individually. The Summit has its own dedicated registration page.

Doors open at 8:30 AM, programming runs from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Plan for a full day of engaging content and networking - and stick around for happy hour!
It depends on the event, but at the Summit? Yes! Coffee and other beverages will be available throughout the day, lunch is included in your registration, and drinks and snacks at the post-conference happy hour.
The Summit is the flagship conference within Seattle AI Week. The broader week features dozens of community events from October 26-30, 2062, while the Summit is our premium full-day experience on October 27.
Not at all! The Summit is a complete experience on its own. But we encourage exploring other events throughout the week that match your interests.
WTIA events are built on trust, professionalism, and community. We are committed to creating experiences that are welcoming, inclusive, and safe for all participants including attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and WTIA staff.
This policy applies to all WTIA hosted or sponsored events, social activities, programs, meetings, digital platforms, online communities, and communications channels, whether in person or virtual. By participating in a WTIA event, you agree to comply with these standards.
Expected Conduct
All participants are expected to:
Treat others with respect and professionalism
Respect personal boundaries
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
Follow directions from WTIA staff and venue personnel
Comply with all applicable laws and venue policies
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
Discrimination or unfair treatment based on gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, age, religion, or other protected characteristics
Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
Sexualized language, imagery, or inappropriate comments about appearance
Inappropriate physical contact
Intimidation, stalking, or harassing behavior
Aggressive or threatening conduct, or verbally abusive behavior
Sustained disruption of programming
Deliberate misgendering or refusal to use stated names or pronouns
Display or distribution of offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit materials
Encouraging, facilitating, or advocating for any prohibited conduct
Excessive intoxication resulting from alcohol or substance use
Unwelcome or inappropriate conduct toward any participant, including WTIA staff, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, or attendees
Any other conduct that undermines the safety, integrity, or professional environment of the event or is inconsistent with this Code.
Sponsors, exhibitors, and partners are subject to this policy. Booths, materials, and promotional activities must comply with the expectations outlined in this Code.
Excessive intoxication or misconduct resulting from alcohol or substance use does not excuse behavior that violates this Code.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you experience or witness conduct that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly by:
Speaking with a WTIA staff member or visiting the registration desk
Contacting the event lead, or
Emailing WTIACares@Washingtontechnology.org
Reports will be handled promptly and confidentially to the extent practicable. Individuals are not required to confront the person involved before reporting a concern. WTIA may provide security, escorts, or other safety measures as needed.
WTIA reserves the right to take any action necessary to maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment and retains sole discretion in determining whether this Code has been violated and what corrective action is appropriate. Such action may include, but is not limited to: verbal warning, removal from the event without refund, revocation of future event access, suspension or termination of membership or sponsorship privileges, notification to an individual’s employer or sponsoring organization where appropriate, or contacting venue security or law enforcement.
